Peakworks® Leading Edge Series Webbing Self Retracing Lifelines (SRL) are designed with an inertial breaking mechanism that locks into place, self-retracting lifelines are fall protection devices that immediately stop a fall within a few inches. An SRL-LE device is an SRL that has enhanced design features for use in leading edge applications and must always be used for any leading edge application. Made from lightweight aluminum housing for maximum operator comfort & efficiency. The webbing cable retracts to eliminate slack in the lifeline & offers workers a great amount of mobility from the anchor point. This 6ft dual self-retracting lifeline is manufactured using 0.1" thick, 1" wide Dyneema Core, providing maximum protection. The twin leg SRL features a centrifugal braking system, steel carabiner, steel snap hooks, a visual load indicator and a 300 lb. combined weight capacity. Certified for use during vertical or horizontal applications, this product meets ANSI Z359.14-2012* and CSA Z259.2.1 standards & are used for many industrial & recreational functions, like rock climbing, emergency rescue, construction etc.
